Forts Group Ltd is a leading construction and property development company in the UK offering a unique end to end design solution for each of our clients. Specialising in residential properties, we work with homeowners from the initial planning stages of their project full to completion.
Family run business
Forts Group is owned by two brothers. The knowledge of the trade has been with the family for over 80 years when their grandad opened their first family run Joinery company in Kosovo. Today, they share their knowledge of craftsmanship with the UK market.
Ben Osmani
Meet Ben, the eldest of the two brothers. Ben focuses on the Development and Joinery side of the business. Based in North London, Ben set the previously known Forts Developments up over 15 years ago.
Tony Osmani
Here’s Tony, the younger sibling. Tony is your go to person for your Residential and Commercial Constructions. He has impeccable attention to detail and is a perfectionist. He is your go to person if you want things done.

Visari Berbatovci
Visari here, well, he is the company’s glue! We’ve all seen Donna in Suits right? Yup, that’s Visari! Visari is your go to person for any queries. He is always on the other side of the phone and looks after all things operational and accounts.
Timm Iseni
Finally, we have Timm. Timm is our Lead Site Manager. There’s nothing Timm doesn’t know about your project. He makes things happen and once your project starts, you’ll be sure to see his friendly and helpful self all the time!
