Create | Design Phase

1. Architectural

   Our design team will work closely with our clients to develop a project brief, conduct measured site survey, design vision, project feasibility, timeframe.

2. Planning Applications

   We offer initial ideas, planning advice and manage the submission of the Planning Application for you. Our team has a wealth of experience with planning departments across the boroughs of London. We can provide advice and guidance on all planning matters and building regulations from small to large scale residential schemes.

3. Structural Drawings

   As well as the architectural drawings, structural drawings are also required to analyse, design, plan for any structural components required to achieve the design goals. This is mainly to ensure that the safety, comfort and environmental factors are accounted for and abide by the regulations in place.

4. Building Control

   Property owners are required by law to obtain Building Regulation approval. The application to ensure health and safety regulations are being met involve the submission of building design and construction drawings.

5. Interior Design, Joinery & Sourcing

   We can offer you a service providing you with mood boards for internal finishes in addition to our in house joinery service providing you with bespoke doors, wardrobe and window solutions. We also work alongside a range of suppliers for your kitchens, bifolds, sanitaryware etc where our sourcing team negotiate competitive prices to offer you the best deals and a hassle free experience.

Construct | Build Phase

1. Project Management

   In house project management service ensures that our client is always aware of any key milestones and ensures their lives are put at ease. They will conduct fortnightly status updates, ensure any change in requirements are captured and communicated with the relevant team as well as manage site inspections.

2. Build Preparations

   These include final review of construction drawings as well as a site inspection. A detailed cost breakdown and JCT contract along with a review of a detailed project timeline which will be shared with the client by our Project Manager.

3. The Build

   Our construction team is extremely experienced and will manage every aspect of the build phase including site management, full construction of shell and core, health and safety as well as welfare of the employees. We are very conscientious of our neighbourhood surroundings so we ensure we cause as minimal disruption and plan our hours accordingly.

4. Handover & Aftercare

   Project handover including any relevant warranties and guarantees. Any aftercare management.
